Shop Policies:

Welcome to our print shop! Every photograph in this store is captured, edited, and prepared by us with care. Prints are produced and shipped through a trusted professional print lab to ensure museum-quality results. Each print is made to order - please allow time for production before shipment.

Shipping Policy:

Production Time - All prints are made to order. Production typically takes 3-7 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times - US orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days after production. International orders may take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery times.

Shipping Costs - Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and print size.

Tracking - Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages - If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (with photos if applicable). I’ll work with the print lab to replace it at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because each print is made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (for example, choosing the wrong size or image). However, I want you to love your purchase.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue:

1) Please email me at chaffinphotog@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.

2) Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

3) A replacement will be arranged promptly at no charge.

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact me immediately after placing your order - changes may only be possible before the item enters production.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any custom fees or import taxes that may apply once the order reaches their country. Delivery times vary by region.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
